Awaken your inner creativity or reignite and refresh your dormant potential. In a Private Holistic painting session I will guide you to overcome any blocks or fears that may be blocking you from your creative genius. We will also uncover meaning and messages to work through past trauma that may be preventing you from living your dream life. Simultaneously we will fine tune your skills and learn new techniques to improve your work. All levels of painting experience are welcome. One Hour Session : This is best in a series of sessions; to break through resistance, identify limited beliefs, gain new skills and techniques over time; as a holistic, therapeutic, meditative practice. 3Hour Intensive: This is best for the person who doesn't want ongoing sessions and has a specific image they would like to paint with guided instruction. We will also work through any blocks, limited beliefs and fears. Your private 3 hour session will give you a well established base painting. Many people complete a painting in one session, others enjoy taking it home to work on slowly. This is great for building confidence, improving skills and technique.
