It takes great courage to change thought patterns.

When we begin our transition into our higher selves, there is a great noticing, along with the falling away or shedding of our older version of self.

Noticing the not good enoughs and comparing ourselves to others and noticing where we fall short is the ego holding onto our old identity.

As we process, forgive, and intellectually do the work on false beliefs, our ego can go into overdrive, terrified to let go of our former self.

In those moments, noticing what we think is lacking about ourselves, and consciously looking for where in fact it exists all around us is essential.

If I think I am confused and lacking clarity, noticing all the clarity around me. The apple has clarity and I have clarity about eating this apple.

If I think I lack purity, noticing that the light that shines in my window is pure, noticing the air I am breathing in that moment feels pure, noticing the the plant on my table has purity, noticing the way i laughed ealier felf pure and the way I looked at that plant on my table was filled with purity.

Noticing how I think I am not enough, is pointing me to ways I can see the enoughness all around me.

Courage to Change

  • Each piece is printed on cotton canvas. I then hand paint them with metallics and iridescent embellishments, so no two paintings are ever exactly the same. The added touches truly make the pieces come alive.

The mat and acrylic frame make this piece 11X14 inches.

The mat colour is white. Mat only option is 11x14inches

The 16x20 Glicee is hand detailed with acrylic on canvas and the canvas is wrap around, so there is no frame. If the 16x20 Glicee is out of stock, please message or email me and I will be happy to order for you. It takes about 2-3 weeks to recieve if out of stock. If it is showing in stock, you will recieve in about 5-7 days.

The 16x20 Original is the Original Painting; Oil on Canvas and does not include a frame.

Each print will include the written description adhered to the back of the frame so it can be taken off the wall as a reminder any time you need a bit of encouragement.

Having artwork with affirmative words of encouragement have been instrumental in my own healing journey, and I am honored to pass on the opportunity to you as well.
